Housework Hurts

So my right arm is a bit sore now. You wouldn't have thought a little housework would hurt this much, but I suppose I usually would only do tidying or cleaning, and today I did quite a lot of both, for me. The bath was the real killer though.
Findings:
- Bathroom, excluding floor: 35 minutes
- Rear hallway, excluding floor: 5 minutes
- Kitchen, excluding floor and oven: 45 minutes
- Oven: 20 minutes
- Washing the floor in the bathroom, rear hallway and kitchen: 15 minutes
- Total time for the two most difficult rooms to clean: 2 hours
Now I'm waiting for the floor to dry so that I can empty the bucket out the back and rinse it at the garden tap, and start clearing out the dining room and library. They shouldn't take long, because there's not to much to wash - just a little dusting and polishing, and then the vacuuming. Maybe Rob wll do the vacuuming, since he didn't do his share of the tidying. It depends on when he finishes work.
This division of labour deal is kind of awkward when one of you is pregnant, unemployed, and mildly disabled (RSI and a dust allergy). But we'll get it sorted, I'm sure.

I would definately recommend having a cleaner if you both work as you then don't have to bother with hoovering & dusting yourself.
