How can I tell? The children are acting up trying to get a reaction from Rob, there are tantrums and crying, there's no way we can get dinner on time, and the house is already in worse shape than it was an hour ago when it was just me and the children.

Still, with the new job, all this may change.

We moved here when I was 6 months pregnant with E. C's decompression time during his commute was just one of the advantages, I found. When we were a 15 minute walk from work in Oxford, he'd get home and be very much still in work mode. After the drive or the train journey, he seemed like he'd had time to go over all his work stuff in his mind and start to relax, and could have normal conversations straightaway. Hope it works for Rob :)

Once he's well settled in there, is there any chance of any working from home? C does a day at home most weeks and has done since he had a CFS-y thing about 6 years ago, and that definitely helps him not collapse at the weekends too.
