I'm feeling much worse than I was two days ago, though my temperature is down. I'm exhausted. I'm much more dehydrated. And my babies are miserable.

I think perhaps we shouldn't have let my mum go home.

Do you have a plan to see a doctor? I think you said you were on penicillin - is that "just in case" or because they really thought it was bacterial? How is the throat? Because just looking at it overall, it sounds more like influenza than anything else to me (though IANAMD etc.), and there is a lot of that about this year compared to the last few, they say. In which case, you can expect to feel slowly better, but to take quite a while to get fully back to yourself, and if you can call in reinforcements do...
