It's not a long commute, it's only just over an hour each way. But it's into London, which isn't as expensive as *living* in London, but still...
There's no way in hell I'd move just to be close to a job. Moving is incredibly difficult and expensive and no job would pay enough for me to agree to take on that extra stress and put the children through it.
